There are worse things than bacon
Today, the girl in front of me in the cafeteria lunch line was purchasing a chocolate cookie and a single deep-fried spring roll.

ABOUT US
We are gainfully employed college instructors. We teach communications, English, and history. We are not -- we repeat, not -- professional chefs. Some of these recipes will probably make that pretty obvious. But really, what's not better with bacon?
We may ramble about other things too. But we promise not to put up photos of our cats. Except that one time.

My smoked salmon bagel was delicious...
Mostly I pack lunches but sometimes I am lazy.
I'm not accusing you of laziness... maybe craziness... You survived. That's the important part.
